Human Rights Policy

1. Purpose and Commitment: Our company is committed to upholding and promoting fundamental human rights in all aspects of our operations. We conduct business ethically, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as internationally recognized human rights standards. This policy establishes our expectations for fair treatment, dignity, and respect for all individuals impacted by our business activities.


2. Scope: This policy applies to all employees, officers, managers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, trainees, and business partners acting on behalf of the company. It also guides our expectations for suppliers and vendors engaged in providing goods or services.


3. Guiding Principles: We align our practices with recognized human rights principles, including:


  • Respect for human dignity and equality
  • Compliance with applicable labor, employment, and safety laws
  • Ethical business conduct and accountability
  • Zero tolerance for abuse, exploitation, or discrimination


4. Non-Discrimination and Equal Opportunity: We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and a work environment free from discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. Employment decisions are based on qualifications, performance, and business needs, without regard to legally protected characteristics under applicable law.


Harassment, bullying, or abusive conduct of any kind will not be tolerated.


5. Fair Labor Practices: We are committed to fair and lawful employment practices, including:


  • Prohibiting forced, bonded, or involuntary labor
  • Prohibiting child labor in accordance with applicable laws
  • Complying with all wage, hour, and overtime regulations
  • Respecting employees’ lawful  rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining


All work must be voluntary, and employees must be free to leave employment in accordance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.


6. Health, Safety, and Working Conditions: We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment. We comply with applicable occupational health and safety regulations and maintain programs designed to prevent accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.


Employees are expected to follow safety policies, use required personal protective equipment, and report unsafe conditions without fear of retaliation.


7. Respectful Workplace and Dignity: We promote a workplace culture built on professionalism, respect, and accountability. Any form of physical, verbal, psychological, or sexual abuse is strictly prohibited.


We expect all employees and representatives to treat coworkers, clients, residents, and members of the public with respect and courtesy.


8. Training and Awareness: The company provides training and guidance to promote understanding of this Human Rights Policy, workplace conduct expectations, and applicable laws. Managers and supervisors are responsible for reinforcing these standards and addressing concerns promptly.


9. Reporting and Grievance Mechanisms: Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to report concerns or suspected violations of this policy without fear of retaliation. Reports may be made to management, human resources, or through established reporting channels.

All reports will be reviewed promptly and handled confidentially to the extent possible.


10. Accountability and Enforcement: Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract, consistent with applicable laws. The company may also take corrective action with vendors or partners who fail to meet these standards.


11. Supplier and Partner Expectations: We expect suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners to respect human rights and comply with applicable labor and employment laws. We reserve the right to assess compliance and take appropriate action where violations are identified.


12. Continuous Improvement: We are committed to ongoing evaluation and improvement of our policies and practices to support human rights, ethical operations, and responsible business conduct.


13. Policy Review: This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated as necessary to ensure continued compliance with legal requirements and alignment with best practices.
